江苏江旭铸造集团有限公司是国家级汽车零部件出口基地企业，集有色金属压力铸造、低压铸造、挤压铸造、重力铸造、砂型铸造、壳型铸造、机械加工及模具设计制造于一体的现代化企业。公司现有工程技术人员180人，高级职称25人，企业机构健全，管理科学，全面推行ERP管理软件，管理体系完善，通过了ISO/TS16949、ISO14001管理体系认证。公司列入世界著名杂志《福布斯》2005年中国中小企业“最具潜力100榜”，2006年被国家商务部、发改委授予“国家汽车零部件出口基地企业”。2007年荣获江苏省高新技术企业认定。2008年“江旭”商标被评为江苏省著名商标。
公司占地面积22万平方米，建筑面积8万多平方米，各类铸造设备和机加工设备500多台套。公司先后从瑞士、意大利、德国、日本、美国、英国等国家引进了先进的压铸机、加工中心、钻削中心、X光探伤仪、三座标、光谱仪、测高仪、多功能速测仪，极大提高了铸件的生产水平和检测能力，在模具设计制造中已全面采用了Pro/E、UG软件。有色金属铸造产品年生产能力达到25000T。
公司以生产汽车零部件为主，主要生产轿车发动机缸体、油底壳、飞轮壳、气缸盖罩、进气歧管、冷却器盖板、出水管等近1000多种系列产品。同时生产仪器仪表、电机、化工机械、电力、通讯、家用电器、大型灯具及其他所需有色金属铸件。为一汽锡柴、上柴、奇瑞等国内十多家大中型企业配套，同时产品已远销欧、美、日等20多个国家和地区。
Jiangsu Jiangxu Casting Group is the national Auto part export-oriented enterprise, a modern company integrated the processes of non-ferrous die casting, low pressure casting, extrusion casting, gravity casting, sand casting, shell mould casting machining, mold designing and building. With 180 technicians, 25 senior engineers, a sound organization & quality system, scientific management, ERP management system,we have passed ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 management system verifications. Jiangsu Jiangxu Casting Group covers an area of 220,000m2 with construction area as much as 80,000 m2.Our facilities including casting machines and machine equipment ,and the amount of the main facilities is more than 500 sets. We have imported many advanced casting machines, CNC, drilling and turning center, spectrometer, fluoresent X-ray spectrometer height gauges, X-ray detection machine and CMM ect. form Italy, Germany, Japan, England and USA, which highly improved our production, measuring capability and quality. In addition, we have adopted Pro/E, UG and mold filling simulation software to our mold designing and manufacturing. Our annual production capability of non-ferrous metals has reached 25,000T.
We mainly offer over 1000 kinds of products for automobile industry including cylinder block,oil pan, flywheel, cylinder covers, intake manifolds, chiller cover, water outlet and so on. Meanwhile we also provide non-ferrous metal castings for industries of instruments and meters, chemical mechanism, electric, communications, household appliances ,large lamps and lanterns etc. we are providing parts to FAW, FAWDE,SHADE and Chery and more than 10 domestic companies .Our products are also exported to more than 20 countyies and regins,such as Europe, America and Japan.
